I love Chinese food!!! I love take out Chinese food even better… I don’t LOVE all the hidden calories and “Stuff” in my Chinese take out, however. This recipe is Gluten Free, Low Carb, and Low Fat. I know you are thinking it can NOT possibly taste good. But, it does! It actually tastes like Chinese Take out… Mmmm Mm!
This is literally a 10 minute dinner. If your not in to gluten free or low carb you could even serve it up over rice. I use bagged salad for the time saving part. My grocery store has a pretty good selection of organic bagged salad mixes. I like to use them when the season is not right to pick from the garden.
Shhh, if you don’t tell them they wont know its healthy!
Un-Wrapped Egg Rolls
~ 2 Cups Packaged Asian Salad Mix or Coleslaw Mix (Bagged Salad Section)
~ 1 Pound Sausage (Uncased)
~ 1 Tbs Minced Garlic
~ 1 Tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
~ 2-3 Tbs Braggs Liquid Aminos
Directions: In a large skillet, brown sausage. Once sausage is fully cooked drain excess fat.
Add cabbage mix and all other ingredients.
Mix well. Cook until cabbage is just soft, about 4-5 min. Serve hot.
