My family loves meatloaf, but as of yet we do not raise our own beef. This stinks because I have to purchase my beef, with as often as we have meatloaf it burns through a bunch! Turkey meatloaf is just NOT the same!!! I have come up with an easy way to stretch the beef with meat we do raise with out giving up any of the flavor.
The great part about mixing meats like this is you get a ton of flavor but less fat. Even with a bit of pork mixed in your fat content is lower then an all beef meatloaf. I have never had this recipe turn out dry! Give it a try you will love it!

~ ½ Tsp Paprika
~ ½ Tsp Salt
~ ½ Tsp Pepper

Mix well. I find that hands are the perfect tool for this job!
Place in a loaf pan. Greased is not necessary.
Bake at 350 for about 45 min. Internal temp should be 160 degrees. Allow to cool slightly before slicing. We like serving with a brown gravy.
